[SOLVED] Special Characteres don´t appear in Exif caption after gallery2 update

Hi

I upgraded my gallery for the latest G2 Release, by a full update. The problem is now when uploading photos, all my Exif data doesn't accept special characteres so, as all my captions are in portuguese they are not showing correctly, and before the upgrade everything was working fine.

When I first installed g2 I remember i had the same problem, but after these years I can't remember what I did to solve it.

My database is in UTF8_general_ci and my gallery has Portuguese as the main language.
