Quick Q: Auto create for FTP uploaded images?

	Hoping not to get flamed, I'm looking for the right solution. We are dumping camera snapshots every 15mins into folders on a linux server. Each day a new directory is made, each hour a new directory is made, pics are dumped in those accordingly. We need the end user to just be able to hit the URL and see the all the pics nested in their folders/dirs. No thrills no frills, no login, no creating albums on their side, nothing. If they hit reload an hour later, the catalog should display the newer pics. Can this be done with any of the Gallery versions? all pointers and hints are greatly appreciated. thanks.
