User permissions to add an album

Hello,
I'm trying to find a way for the users to add album to my website. I've seen that permissions are setup at the album level, so it needs to be created before. Is there any way of working around that ?

There is the registration module and the user homes module.
I need a better user story for what you are trying to accomplish.

Hello Dave, thank for your reply!
I already installed the registration module, but not the user homes module, will check it right now.
What i'm trying to accomplish is to allow user to create new albums into the root album and be able to edit them.
I tried to give permission of add to registered user but it allow them to add photo into any album of the root ablum, which I don't want to.
In clear, what I would like to do is to give permission of user created album only to the user.
Hopes it makes more sense,

Then the best bet I think is the user homes module, I have never used it so can't be sure.
The other option is to create a different group for each user and only give that group permissions for their album.

If you end up with lots of groups/users you might want to use:

Thanks,tried the user home module, but don't seems to change anything when my test user log in?
I'm thinking, maybe I could just give permissions to user on their gallery/sub gallery, and find a way to reorganize the album view to display galleries/sub galleries as a whole ? Don't know if it possible though ?
