How to change navigation text.

I would like to change the navigation text for the "Home" tab to "Albums". This "Home" tab is confusing to my guests because I have the gallery integrated in to my website. Anyone have an idea on how to do this or the name/location of php/js file this text is in?

You could try the menu links module or the no home module or similar modules.
