about safe mode in installation

	hello there I have a question? At the first step to installation, the "safe mode" must be off? /or it isn't attendant to SAFE MODE? and if it's installaton attendant to safe mode be off, it is necessary for installation step? or it(the safe mod) must be off total duration to use? thank you
