However, there are some flickr to iphoto/aperture exporters (out on the web - google is your friend), and there are some iphoto/aperture clients available... don't know how your results might be...

Thanks folks!
I found Migratr that will download each set, and from there I will use (hopefully) the Remote Gallery to ping pong them on my Galley3 install... thanks!
