Comments: All new comments are categoried as spam; reCAPTCHA settings look OK

It's been bugging me for some time that all new comments posted in my gallery (3.0.2) end up in the 'Spam' list and need to be approved by me. I've double checked my reCAPTCHA settings and they say everything is ok. It happens for logged in users as well as guests, and even with my own comments when I am logged in as admin - I still need to go into the admin panel and approve them!

Is this happening to anyone else?
