STUPID question

	i can not for the life of me find WHERE a new person woudl sign up for our gallery..... here is our gallery http://www.mcrmysoldiers.com/my-chemical-romance/gallery/gallery3/index.php I see login in the upper right corner...but no place for a NEW member to sign up..... I am obviously missing something.... Can someone please help Thank you
