when modifying content on the codex, IE often would die. it may be related to Speckie I am using - http://speckie.com/home/ Serge |

the best way is to never ever use IE again like the rest of us.

Does media wiki have a WYSIWYG option?

I prefer not to use virus called Chrome, unless it is on the phone and there is no alternative
editor in question is lousy even under FF.
IE works for me in 99% of the cases. 1% is when programmers are lazy and so used to do all the FF and now CH hacks even when it is not necessary.
in the past people were complaining about non-standard browsers, but now bow to "every-friday-a-new-standard-a-la-google-and-forget-about-last-week" without hesitation.
On the bright side - http://windowsteamblog.com/ie/b/ie/archive/2012/04/30/continued-growth-for-internet-explorer-9-on-windows-7.aspx
IE on W7 is 4x-5x (US) against any other browser
Stats is weird thing

WikiText when you edit codex page.
I am probably first who uses spell check plug-in there. so I am not asking to fix it but trying avoid using the editor as it does zip for me.
