Possibility to have .mov files only linked but not shown in Flowplayer

Hi all, first of all a big thank you for this great photo gallery server. It is really awesome. I have a quick issue, after having played with a bunch of modules here is my situation (server add, videos, etc...). I would like to upload .mov files and not have them play in flow player but just show up with "Click Here to Download Video".

Actually it works perfectly when you first upload the video, but for some reason after a while it adds ".flv" at the end of the file and now when you click the "Click Here to Download Video" link it downloads the videofile.mov.flv instead of loading videofile.mov. I de-activated "transcode" but still every time it adds ".flv"... any ideas? (BTW I have ffmpeg installed)
