500 Internal Server Error after installation

So, after install I am getting a 500 Internal Server Error on the index page and I contacted my host about it first regarding php_flag as I read it in the FAQ or something, somewhere..

Anyway he sent me back this as the cause and to contact developers so maybe someone here will know.
