I am having the same problem this guy was having:
http://gallery.menalto.com/node/40563

Followed all the instructions to install NukedGallery (though it didn't seem to work; see linked topic), but when I go to the actual gallery page, I get "The module has not yet been configured." I asked the NukedGallery guys and they sent me here. How do I fix this?

You're referring to a 7 yr old integration.
I'm positive there are compatibility issues at this point.
@see if you can track down the original maintainer and see if he has a working copy.

Oh, didn't know it was that dated. This is probably the wrong place to ask, but are there any other updated photo gallery modules available for PHP Nuke?

Gallery2 is a fantastic photo gallery module.
The issues may be minor enough to fix.

What errors are you seeing in your logs?
Have you tried contacting the original maintainer?

I've been working with basic HTML since 1998, but I'm pretty much a nub when it comes to anything more advanced than that. With that being said, where would I find my logs?

depends, nuke may have its own logs, the server has php error logs, cpanel creates error_log files directly in the executing directory if your server runs cpanel.
if you're not sure ask your host.
