SOVED: Unable to move files with Organize - appears to be Apache permissions issue

Just installed Gallery 3 via Plesk Parellels on a new server. Apparently, looking at the file system itself, all files created through the Gallery interface, albums and uploaded images, end up owned by Apache, with permissions of rw-rw-r, so only Apache can write/delete/move things around. This appears to be standard Unix/Linux setup. I do have an email off to our Admin about this. I have searched the forum and documentation, perhaps I have not found the proper search to do. If so, I apologize, and would be most greatful if you could just point me to the right info.

I have been using Gallery 2 for a very long time, 7 or 8 years, and now moving to a newer server seemed like a good time to "refresh" everything and move to Gallery3.

Well, I finally figured out the right search terms and found this thread.

Short version, this was happening in IE9, I thought it had something to do with Apache Permissions. It is actually an issue with IE9, click the Compatibility button and suddenly it works. I don't understand why, but at least it works. In my case this only affects me as the Admin.
