[SOLVED] Gallery is not open for change of hosting

I takne backup from cpanel. Home Dirctory and database.
Log in to new Cpanel > go to < Backup > Uploade Home dirctory and Database one by one.
create user of database with correct password.

I have solved the problem to edit and change the password at Var \database.php
