Import G2->G3 failed -> @todo G2_FUNCTION_FAILED

Hi

I wandt to import my pictures from my G2 (2.3.1) to G3 (3.0.2). May the import i failed. I know i'm not the first with this problem. but i have take the newest version of github.com (g2_import.php). When i take this version, i become only a 500 error from the server. when i take the original code and i start the import, so i become the follow error:

note: at this time the .htaccess is not runing on the G3. The G2 installation is a bit buggie. I can't delete pictures, comments etc.

have someone any idea how can i fix the import problem? if you wandt i give you the admin login. the url is http://www.fasnachtsfotos.ch (Path to G3 Installation is /gallery3)
