Want to develop a custom plugin for Gallery 3 for us?

We need a price quote for a custom plugin project. We have a Gallery 3 site with a slightly modified wind theme. We use this to let our customers login and see what available photos they have to select from for the photo sessions we do for them. Each customer has its own user and sub-galleries for each photo session.

We need a plugin similar to Favourites but with a slightly different functionality. Basically, the user should be able to select images, review her/his selection and send it off to us (this would be a simple email to us with details).
