How Do i install jhead Using telnet or SSH on Apache/1.3.26

Can please some one hel pme setup jhead on my Unix/Solaris server. I have never used telnet or ssh before but hey something new forme :smile:, Cna you please what files do I download and what do I do with them I have never used Jhead so I am stuck and dont know what do. thx

Hi!

Basically you have to logon to your box (telnet/ssh) and get the jhead file downloaded and located somewhere in your account. Then run the config wizard again, providing the path to the jhead executable (The file MUST be in executable form) and that's it.

One way of getting the file to your account is to use an ftp app while logged on your shell, or possibly using wget. I don't know squat about solaris, so which commands that are available to you I dont know.

Well, you're on a Solaris server so you need the Solaris binary. I don't know where you can get one from -- try contacting the jhead author. Jhead support is optional, so if you can't find it just remove it from the config wizard.

I did not install jhead but when that happen, I was trying to upload and I kept geting a error do you think you could give it a look and tell me what I am doing wrong?
