Unable to grant access to WP users for gallery2 accounts

I am using

Wordpress 3.3.1 and running WPG2 build 3.07 and Gallery 2 v2.3.1

I am running into a problem with the ability to grant the users gallery 2 accounts.

In the

Wordpress Users without Gallery2 accounts

under the action option it states that N/A

I have installed this several times. This is a multisite install. However, I can't get this to work so I can grant the users of wordpress to have access to gallery 2 to upload pictures.

Any help would be great.
