How to add Description info about the album?

Hi,

Can you please explain how to add the Album description text along with date/view under Album Box?

This is all theme dependent some display the description under the album, some the summary, some next to the album....
You'll have to be more specific.

If i want to add description, then should I change in album.tpl only or is there any option to change from Admin Interface?
If album.tpl then in which line I need to change.

Again, this is theme dependent.
Some themes have options to show certain information in certain places, some are static.

If you're going to edit album.tpl look for $theme.item.description of $child.description
