Is there a way with my installation of Gallery to have a theme specific to one user (me, the admin)? I'm working on a new version of my site, and I want to make sure the theme is working. However, I don't want to tip the general public off that there's a new theme (much less let them see it). So basically, I wanted the new theme I'm working on to ONLY be available to my admin account, everyone else sees the regular theme.

How can this be done?

Gallery version (not just "2"): 2.313
PHP version (e.g. 5.1.6): 5.2.10
PHPInfo Link (see FAQ):
Webserver (e.g. Apache 1.3.33): Apache 2.2.3
Database (e.g. MySql 5.0.32): MySQL 5.0.77
Activated toolkits (e.g. NetPbm, GD): NetPBM, GD
Operating system (e.g. Linux): Linux
Browser (e.g. Firefox 2.0): Chrome (whatever current is)

Themes can be allocated by page but not by user AFAIK.

You can do a minimal installation of G2, load up a few images and test your new theme on this.

By page, eh? Well, I could set up a hidden individual page and assign it the new theme. That could work, too.

Yes it would. A hidden page (actually album) would do the trick as well.
