Deregistering the stylesheet and using the detailed mode without an ugly link

How do I deregister the included stylesheet, so I can add the styles at the end of my WordPress theme's stylesheet?

How do I always display images and albums in detailed mode, without having an ugly link like the one below and without giving the users ability to switch back to simplified?
