I want to set up a website that functions like Picasa...users can add photos, send email links to friends, etc. I need help with customization--like the header, the footer, links, etc. I have reviewed the instructions and opened the files in Dreamweaver, but can't figure it out yet. I am familiar with html..but not php nor css...but I am learning. I have Dreamweaver CS5.5 and am learning to use that. (I am well versed in Dreamweaver MX..but CS 5.5 is much more advanced.

Howeever..I would like to get some help and wonder if there is someone who can provide some developer and/or tutorial assistance..and how much?

Thank you

The easiest way to get G2 to look like your site is to use the embed API.
I have free samples and tools here.

Wow..those examples are awesome...thanks again..One question...does the log in take users to their own albums/photos....assuming that module has been added to the site?

I finally got the courage to try the enbed-O-rator. Perhaps you explain what is meant by this statement

"Make sure you close the cell you opened above."

I have attached an image showing the embed-o-rator filled in with my info. I don't have a style.css file. Do I need to create one? Red arrow shows where I am stuck. When I click Show me The code...nothing happens.. If you can tell me what is wrong, I would appreciate it.

I only see one page to your site, are you just starting development?
Your gallery is not even installed properly.

Are you just starting out?
Do you need to learn the basics?

Are you looking to hire out the whole job?

I have been focusing on the gallery part of the site because that is what will be the main focus--photosharing. i was planning to create a one page website that can be used to allow users to log in or register to create an account and/or view pictures. I thought I installed gallery properly. I used the installer and followed all the instructions...

Yes I need to learn the basics...whatever it takes to get this going...even perhaps hiring out the entire job...or helping get it set up so I can maintain myself.
