Tag Browser

Is there a module or a simple way that in All Tags, if you click on a tag, it then reduces from all the available tags to only tags that that tag is also associated with. I would envision that a tag would have a check-box and then you could select the next check-box, etc. until you have the tags you want.

Just an idea.
