Unable to access Configuration page

The following information is required to get an answer:
Get this information from the PHP diagnostic (in the configuration wizard).
Gallery URL (optional but very useful):http://swindon-birds.co.uk/Gallery/
Gallery version:1.6
Apache version: 2
PHP version (don't just say PHP 4, please):5.2.17
Graphics Toolkit:ImageMagick
Operating system:Windows XP Media Centre
Web browser/version (if applicable): Firefox/3.6.3

Hi
I am unable to access the config page. When I click on the Config Wizard it goes to the welcome page; I click Next Step and it goes to the Installation Check page but after clicking Next Step I'm greeted with a blank page. The Gallery has been working faultlessly for well over a year and I'm at a loss as to why the config page has suddenly become inaccessable.
Any help much appreciated.

Hi Steve,

try to open the Config Page again. Afterwards have a look at your Apache Server Error Log.

Is there something supicous?

Thanks for the quick response.

I followed your instruction and copied below the data from the error log (I think this is the correct data).

I'm afraid it doesn't mean a lot to me, other than I can see their are quite a few error and failed entries!
If you could throw any light on it that would be great.

Hi,

you said your Gallery is running on a windows system?
The pathes in the output say something different.

But more important, we know now whats wrong:
No such file or directory in /home/sites/swindon-birds.co.uk/public_html/Gallery/setup/constants.inc

Get a fresh version of your Gallery (1.6-RC3) and put it in the right place on your *nix Sytem ;-)

Hi Jens

Luckily I have an old backup copy of the Gallery and I copied over the constants.inc file and now the Config is working again. I don't know how the file disappeared in the first place. You're right also, the Gallery is running on a Unix or Linux system I believe, not Windows - my mistake. I've also learnt a bit about log files in the process.
