new here, and i really dont know if this is the right place to ask, anyway i have been searching for a module/plugin that easily export photo's to facebook via 1-click and make a new album(on facebook) album name will be the same as the album name on my gallery.

is this a module? or just a facebook app? tia

That's a custom theme modification where the author of that site has added the necessary code to them theme to make that happen.
