Help needed

hello e=very one ,i hope i am in the right place,am a new user and want to use garelly menalto.but i get stuck when i try to install the album.

1. i click the download link then i save it to my desktop,where i extract files,

2. when i click that folder for me to run ,it opens some other sub folders,

to which sub holder am i supposed to click,or where am i getting wrong,or what do i require ?

i will be glad for your help.
