Adding items to thumbnail menu?

I'd really like the ability to add things like "download full size" to the Thumbnail Menu (the one that pops up when you hover over the thumb). Is there a way to do this?

I guess the download full sizes could be modified to provide a context menu.

Thanks Dave! I'm pretty clueless about modifying things like the downloadfullsize module, how difficult would it be to add that bit to the context menu?

replace the existing file with the one attached.
remove the underscore and the dot txt.
