Hello,

I'm implementing a G2 album into a Drupal 6.22 site.

I'm having issues with mod_rewrite rules.

I've gone through an untold number of forum topics, both here and on drupal.org, and nothing is getting the job done for me.

I've setup the Drupal gallery module as per instructions with path to .htaccess in my gallery2 folder

I've setup the URL rewrite plugin in G2 as per instructions, and prepended the Show items rewrite rule with gallery/

The only difference that makes is mess up my gallery paths when running it in standalone mode. I have to change the Show items view back to be able to go into G" directly.

I can see the root gallery in Drupal, but if I try to go to any sub-album, I get a Page not found error.

One glitch I did notice in my stand-alone setup: There are two sets of links in the nav pane. The upper links, that only list the next level of sub albums work fine. The lower ones, that are expandable to show sub-sub albums, go to my D6 site main page, but the URL remains in the address bar, and if I remove "gallery/" from the URL and hit enter, the target album opens (in G", not imbedded into Drupal).

I've been pulling my hair out for three days with this. I started out with gallery-6.x-1.0, and then went to 1.x-dev, with no improvement.

Help !
