'netPBM' or 'ImPath' missing...

Hello,
I have this error when I'm in step 4 of the Installation :

Error: You must specify one of the 'pnmDir' or 'ImPath' if you want the gallery works !

I haven't specify the path to NetPBM, is that a problem ?
Do I have to download the binary 'netPBM' even on a Win32 system ?

Get this information from the PHP diagnostic (in the configuration wizard).
Gallery URL (optional but very useful):
Gallery version: 1.4pl2
Apache version: v4.2
PHP version (don't just say PHP 4, please):
Graphics Toolkit: NetPBM
Operating system: XP
Web browser/version (if applicable): IE6
