Can not upload photos - Error (ERROR_BAD_PATH) : Invalid path: modules/uploadapplet/ItemAddUploadApplet.inc

When click on Add Photo it fails with following error

does modules/uploadapplet/ItemAddUploadApplet.inc exist in your site's filesystem?
if not, upload a fresh copy.

I could not find /usr/share/gallery2/modules/uploadapplet/ directory itself.

great! this works.
But now there is another strange files. When i upload file it stucks on processing bar. What could be the reason?

Installations into locations like "/usr/share/" suggest the use of a package manager/one click installer.
For applications like G2, these are usually a dog's breakfast.
