Download language behind proxy

Hi.
I´m trying to get some more languages to my gallery site, but since i´m behind a proxy server (corp) i cant download them.
I have tried to edit the MY_remote.php, but i dont know exactly how to write it, so not much luck for me.

And NO! i can not rout the traffic outside the proxy, we got other services running on that server as well.
