Panic time. Everything was going very nicely until this error at Step 4. I am totally lost. Is it as bad as it looks? Any suggestions on where to start? The Stack Trace is below. I've attached the Debugging output as a separate file (zipped b/c it's 20,000 lines!). THANK YOU!

Roll back to 2.1.2 from the backup you took before starting and upgrade to 2.2.6 first before going to 2.3.1.
Obviously back the 2.2.6 instance up after you confirm it is fine before the attempting to move to 2.3.1.
