Scandinavian characters not shown

I installed Gallery 1.4 pl2 (on PostNuke 0.726), and almost everything went fine. The only thing that seems strange is the scandinavian characters åäö. å is shown as, ä as "a and ö as o.

You can see the problem yourself by going to www.kimslotte.net and click "Foto album".

Example text: Detta album har visats 3 ganger sedan10/13/03.[nollst"all r"aknare]

Do anyone know where the problem could be? "Corrupted" language pack?

Can you install the language update pack and see if this is still there ?
