How to move album of replicated photos to other server

Hi there,
I have a large gallery2 on my local server, where I have created an album with selected photos, which I have replicated from other albums. I would like to get these photos on a hosted gallery2, which I have setup. I have migrated whole installation before or album with photos by moving a folder.Unfortunately this does not work for replicated albums as the folders on the drive are empty and the pictures are scattered among the other folders. Does anyone has an idea on how to do it?

Hi there, thank you for your post, but this does not help me. I cannot move the whole installation - my local Gallery2 has over 100GB and I can upload only 10GB.I can copy the installation and DB, but how can I identify picture files for my 1 ths. selected/replicated photos in the complex directory tree of 100 ths. pictures?

you'll have to re-create your virtual albums.
By definition "virtual" means that they don't actually exist.
They only contain the IDs of items that do truly exist, and if you do not move your whole gallery, then those IDs will belong to different items or not at all.
