shopping cart - just send email alert?

	I want to develop a shipping cart that can, when checking out, simply send an email to the admin about what images were checked out. any ideas for what might need to be done (difficulty level, or other plugins that might already do this?) thanks!

	thank you! quite extensive forsure! ive decided to go with the rating module as its the simplest thing that allows people to simply select a photo without going through to much hassle. any plugins out there that work like rating but with only one check box?
