Need help- Zencart module for gallery 2

I upgraded the new zencart module files and hence had to activate the module again. my website contains more than 50,000 images and now its not activating ...please help asap

Now i get new error Error (ERROR_COLLISION) : Duplicate permission id: zencart.add (this is fixed by deleting sql rows in permissioning table)

However still unable to complete install of zencart module
