I have downloaded GraphicMagic and uploaded to my site. In the plugins I have placed its path on my site, than tested and test failed stating it can't find some binary files such as convert composite and two other.... I have no idea what to do or how to install if installation needed.... Help please!!!

My host powweb has no GraphicMagic and when I select ImageMagic I get a warning about v 6.3.3 not being reliable.... Since I need some extra speed and want to stay with Gallery 2 I have ignored the warning but in the plugin list I see that ImageMagic is stil not installed...

I need to find a way to have one of them working. Any idea how?

install the ImageMagick module and when you get the warning, check the box to accept the current version.
