Tags Rest Resource

All,

I'm pulling together an iPhone client. I think we are close to a release.

However I ran into 1 issue. To resolve it, I would need another tag rest resource: One that gives me all tags for an album with just 1 request (right now we need multiple, cascaded requests).

Is anyone willing to invest here few hours and could get this rest-resource created so that it could become part of the core? I will provide more details on what and how, but first I need somebody to assist me on this.
