add header picture

hi i would liek to add a header like the one shown on this link. http://gallery.menalto.com/node/92802

my own picture and buttons of course, but how do i go about doing this?

or is there a how-to?

You can add regular HTML to the header once you install the purifier module.
Admin -> Appearance -> theme options.
