You could try renaming the file in your FTP (SFTP) program to resetadmin or creating it on your computer then upload it that way instead of using your hosts inferior "file manager"

Hi cobr86,

why did you create a folder?
Delete it.

If you can't upload a file without extension, just create a file called e.g. resetadmin.txt.
Upload that with your FTP tool.
Afterwards rename it with the same tool.

Regards,

Jens
