Hello, I know that it is possible to include pictures from another server. Just choose the foreign folder and the pictures got downloaded and embedded. is it also possible to embedd foreign Pictures from another website / server that they stay on this "foreign" server and that they are not downloaded on the own website?

If I understand you correctly, no. Gallery needs to import the files into it's structure. There has been work done by 3rd parties for G3 primarily and some for G2 to connect them to Amazon's S3 service, but those "foreign" pictures would still need to be imported into Gallery's structure whether that's hosted on your server or S3.
