How to Resize Youtube Video in Embed_Video Module in G3

Wondering if its possible to re-size the video to at least the original size of the Youtube video, while using the Embed_Video Module, and also is there a way to disable the default icon that gets on top of the Thumbnail that gets generated. I would also like to replace the default created Thumbnail with a Custom Snapshot, is that possible to do?
