i would need to have a new feature added to the organize module in 3.0.1 (and know how much it will cost)

Hello,

I would need to have a new feature added to the organize module in 3.0.1; folder creation.
Could you let me know how much time and money such a feature could take?
Here is the detail:
1) I would need to have a 'Create Folder' button that creates an album. It's that easy.
2) if you think 1) is easy then maybe we could have the possibility to select several files creat a folder and have them automatically moved to the newly created folder...
