Need help with first step of cloning theme.

I've done this before with another site a long time ago without too much trouble but now I can't get past the first step. I'm trying to follow these directions:

I copied the "Ajaxian" theme and renamed it "mollyslings"
I uploaded the mollyslings folder to the server then I went to the gallery - http://www.mollyslings.com/gallery/main.php -
I clicked on "Site Admin" then "Plug-ins" and got a blank page. Also a blank page if I click on "Themes".
I'm sorry this question is so stupid. I'll be really grateful for help.

Thank you for answering. I did try to change every "Ajaxian" to "mollyslings" the first time. When I did that, then tried to go to plug-ins, I got an error page saying that there was no "class mollyslingsTheme" so I changed that part back to "class AjaxianTheme" then I got the blank page. Several times I changed the combinations of what I left as "Ajaxian" and what I changed to "mollyslings".

Finally, as it's pasted in my post I *think* I have made only the changes shown in the example. I was hoping someone more familiar with the code might be able to glance at it and tell me where I'm going wrong exactly.
