[WINDOWS] no photos after change var path to a different drive (on Windows)?, try using the mklink Windows (7) command

Had trouble getting my images to show up even though there were on my f: drive - my "var" drive storage. My base install was on c: drive. I tried using cygwin ln -s to no avail. The mklink command worked perfectly though.
