Update Support WebPage to reflect correct bug submission for Gallery 3

I realize the development team wants to keep bug submission to a minimum; always good to do due diligence and research a bug here and via web search first, then search the bug tracking system to see if it has already been posted.

However, the link for bug reporting on the Gallery Support page goes to the SourceForge Tracker for gallery, which I have been advised is for Gallery 2 and that Gallery 3 bugs go elsewhere. Please update the Gallery Support page for Gallery 3 accordingly.
