Thanks for the great module. I'm a newbie here so maybe it's me but under the comment box I get a message "Warning: http://thronegroan.com/dogwithstraw is unreachable."

Have you read this thread? If the guest user can't view the item then you can't comment either, that is by design.

Hi,
I've a problem with the app-connection.

Do I have to do something more than creating a new app with my FB-Acc on Facebook and copy & paste the appID in the predefined field of Facebook Comments Module administration? I also inserted my Facebook ID in the Facebook Comments Module.

I checked the generated source code. I am able to comment and to administrate all comments (even from others), because the Facebook ID just works fine and defines my Account as an administrator. But if I switch to moderate, I get a message that this option is only available if there is an app ID defined. I also cannot access the comments via my Facebook Application Interface (it does not see the comments).
I inspected the source code and the App ID seems to inserted correctly on my gallery3.

Please help :(

Thank you!

I found the error, there is no meta tag for the app id, it's missing and facebook will ignore all the other app-id entries.

Just added <meta property="fb:app_id" content="APPID_HERE"> and now it works fine :)

i'm getting sporadic "Warning: http://xxxx is unreachable." messages as well. when i click on that message i get to the "Object Debugger" page on developers.facebook.com. there, i get an "More Than One OG URL Specified" error. this only happens when i'm logged on to gallery. when i'm browsing my gallery anonymously everything works as supposed.

help, anyone?

I'm having trouble using this module. It works great in Opera, but does not show up in Firefox. Isn't that strange? In Firefox, I just get the text saying "Facebook comments" but no actual comments box.

You can check my gallery at http://galleri.eyra.se/

Another ressurection, but I have the same issue with FF, works as advertised in IE9 though. Interestingly if i use another computer with FF it also works fine. tried clearing all my history/cookies/cache, I still don't see it, just the line that says FaceBook Comments.

Annoying as I only use FF on this PC, but maybe its a plugin or something borked in my FF I guess.

i just installed this plugin and it work great.

If someone need to translate the comment box, simple open with an editor the file facebook_comment.html.php located in the views directory.
In line 9, change en_US with the language that u need.

i hope this can help

Another problem:

Global Settings
Cannot edit global settings or moderation mode without fb:app_id

What I should do?

Thanks.
