When submitting a problem report to the support forums, there are a number of things which will make answering your question easier on all of us. (We won't have to re-request information, and it will go a lot faster.)

0. Understand that everyone who answers questions in the forums are volunteers.
We do not get paid for providing our time or experience to you. This means that we do not watch the forums at all times, so sometimes it can take 24-48 hours for someone with the proper expertise to respond to your question. If you haven't gotten a response in 48 hours, feel free to bump your post by replying to it. This will ensure that we see you still haven't gotten an answer. In the same vein, if you are rude to the volunteers, they do not have to answer at all.

Gallery is missing from website

I am the President of the Howell Township First Aid and Rescue Squad #1 in

I've removed v3 and went back to v1.

I untar'ed my albums and have a working Gallery now, again.

User and Password Log In Problem

Gallery 1 issues with log in.
Has anyone ever been locked of their gallery? How does one retrieve a new password?
I'm having this problem now, my user and pass won't let me into my gallery.

Limit of amount photos in Gallery3

Some people say there is no any limit of quantity of photos in gallery3. But if I say how about more than 100000 photos? I want to start using Gallery 3 with my own photoarchive and I afraid, that my gallery will not be able to work properly. Freezing, errors... because of limit of photos or limit of records, as somebody said, or something else (not of the volume of server!)
That is true?

Albums not working - Bad Request

hello. i seem to be using Gallery V1 on my website

the first page works, but when you click in to get into an actual album. i get the error message:

Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

Why is this happening?
