[SOLVED] Allow non-admin user to upload pictures

Hello,

I've just download gallery3 and it looks great but there is a feature I'm looking for I don't find :
Is it possible to have users with the permission to upload the pictures but not to modify everything (not full admin privileges) ?

edit : ok forgot what I said, I found it in the album tab. Should have searched more

In the album tab there is this option: for all user !!!

This option there is for 1/2 user ?
