Is it possible to migrate G1 (server1) to G2 (server 2)?

Hallo,

I have a G1 v 1.4.3 installed on one server and I have to move it to another server. Is is possible to install G2 on new server and migrate albums?

Only if you move/copy your entire albums directory from G1 to the server that G2 is on.

You mean just copy the directory, without any other settings? It will work?

I believe so because that directory contains all information needed, like descriptions, summaries, user account info, etc. But you'll still need to follow the other directions about having G1 upgraded, etc, etc.
